Create a similar portrait of a family member, showing how he or she makes a difference in a student’s life. Compare and contrast the portraits, noticing how people throughout history influence one another and how family members and role models impacted the lives of famous historical figures. Discuss possible long-term effects of our family members’ positive influence on our own lives, choices, and accomplishments.
