The program includes four powerful virtual sessions, as well as eight smaller virtual socratic seminar-style meetings and one-on-one mentoring/coaching support. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to co-work in a CoTA after-school program, and upon completion, you’ll receive a generous stipend. The Artist-Educator Institute is multi-faceted. Components include:

(24 hours)
  • One showcasing celebration for participants to share and discuss their original arts-integrated lessons (6 hours)

  • Mentoring/Coaching support for refining lesson plans, developing assessments, and managing classroom activities (up to 15 hours)*
  • An opportunity to work with high school teachers and students in CoTA’s after school program Curated Spaces (8/2023 – 6/2024)
